Negatives:
When we arrived at the hotel we were met with drug addicts hanging around and there was no one in the office.
Negatives:
When approached, had to wait because staff was on his phone. Noticed us and ignored. Very unhelpful. Marking this hotel off our list.
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
The first bedroom had no blind on the window, dirty bathrooms and dirty black towels in the floor . The second room had an extra queen mattress in the wall near the bed, dirty floor and bathroom with hair in the sink and in the bath. Cockroaches walking in the sticky floor. Air conditioning was not working . Garbage all over the hotel outside all the bedroom doors. Homeless people were blocking the stairs for go to the room . NO SMOKING BEDROOM were with a really really bed smell of sigarette . Sheets and blankets with cigarette holes. Everything was absolutely bad . We will not go there anymore for sure .

The worst hotel ever
Positives:
With all I hated about this hotel I have to say the bed was more comfortable than expected and was quieter than I would expect. I did end up getting a good nights sleep but at $300 it's going to take a long time to get over what a crappy place this was. Normally I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere but during the eclipse weekend I didn't have much choice and had no car at 11pm to take me anywhere.
Negatives:
I booked this room during the solar eclipse. I booked the night before and many hotels were sold out. I ended up renting this room for one night at $300. I was happy to have found a room but when I got there any happy feelings vanished. The staff was pleasant enough but the hotel was a massive dump. Looked like the place was used for welfare residence. My room was filthy, the sheets on a corner of my bed was pulled down like someone before me was inspecting for bed bugs, I also inspected but saw none. Bed spread looked like someone had slept on it. The furniture looked like Goodwill rejects. Dirt on the floor I had to wear shoes it was so gross. Dirt in the sink and sink was clogged and drained very slowly. I took a taxi to the room as no car rentals were available. if I did have a car I would have slept in it and left the motel as quickly as I could. AVOID THIS MOTEL!!!!

Dont go there!!!!!
Positives:
Sorry, nothing.
Negatives:
Dirty, scary. Staff were more interested in their personal cell phones than helping me. Pretty confident there are multiple homeless folks living in the stair wells. Lots of drug paraphernalia around.

Nope.
Positives:
Staff that nite went out of their way to accommodate us n fix an issue w booking .com
Negatives:
Waited 2 hrs to resolve issue.
Finally got room, but no hot water, the sink would not drain, walls were dirty, tub was dirty, burn holes in sheet n pillow cases, t.v. didn't work.
But we came really late n booking.com had over booked the place. Maybe we just got the room that was a fixer upper.

Pleasant
Positives:
I liked that it was close to the places we went to see.
Negatives:
I didn't like the burn holes in the sheets and blankets, the floor had not been swept, the desktop was sticky, and on the second night in the room above us, the person or persons kept me awake all night long stomping back and forth and pounding. There was no breakfast. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower/tub. The vagrant locals hang around.
