Positives: Lots of parking, a minimal breakfast was provided, and rooms had great facilities -- a stove and a fridge. The room was clean, quiet, and orderly. Waking up to the birds and walking around was beautiful. They even had a bench to sit on.

Positives: The room was clean, no bedbugs.

Negatives: We were charged $200 "incidental charges" fee in order to stay there which tied up that amount of credit on my card for 10 days. That ruined my trip! Our room was directly next to the "lobby" (which is only another room). The door to the lobby slammed twice with everyone that came to the lobby as well as getting to hear all their conversations & smell the cigarettes that they put out in front of our door. After about 10 pm, the lobby was locked & incoming guests got to ring the doorbell - which we could hear very clearly & caused our dog to bark. This went on until 2AM. If we hadn't had an important appointment at 4pm, we would have found another hotel. I'll NEVER use this chain again.
