The rooms were nice and cleaned by the hard-working and polite cleaners. They do a good job

I liked my room, liked the area but was not able to or allowed to eat dinner in peace.
I was not able to come out of my room and have peace or sit quietly at the dining like others without being humiliated, embarrassed, bullied, and harrased by a common bartender infront of people. Both made sure they made a mockery of me by calling the security to ask me to leave the dining while I was still eating. Changed the story to favor them, but I had my records. It was a nightmare. The general manager was very disappointed and disbelief, she was very polite. I know leading people is not easy, but she has more work to do.
The morning breakfast was good. The morning servers were polite and helpful. But the bartenders at night thought it was their business, and they're in control to decide who sits and eat. The black girl in the bar was so mean, told the security she didn't want to see me around the dining area that I had to leave while I was still eating. One of the night female managers at night was called to walk me out. She was rude and had an attitude. I told her I won't leave. i am still eating and paid for my room. I will only leave if they refund me that night because I have done nothing to anyone.
I cried in disbelief . Didn't know I paid for my own nightmare. Will never advise my friends or family to go their if this how they will be treated after paying huge money to lodge in a hotel that has a big name . People should be treated with kindness. The girl in the bar needs to be trained, with zero manners, no diplomacy, and full of hatred , anger, and condescending attitude. Even thou one of the managers tried to defend her, but it's doesn't change the fact that I was treated like a leper!!
God is the judge. It was scary time for me. I couldn't believe it. Treating people nice and equal makes us better people. I paid the bills, the rooms were not free!! I paid huge!!

We were on the second floor and the street noise on a Friday night was bad and although not the fault of the hotel we had guest next door that played loud music till late and again when they returned from clubbing at 4:30 AM on Saturday night. Oh welll…
