Due to the night clerk not being present; the final payment was not applied correctly. However, the accounting department realized the error and immediately adjusted the accounts...hassle-free. We were quite impressed!

We were surprised to find out that we have to pay parking. We stayed at this hotel 3 times during a two months period (we have to come to Albuquerque to resolve our father’s estate issues) and never had to pay parking). Each time we stayed for about two weeks. This time is a surprised. Not too happy about this.

We didn't have breakfast there. It was minimal and didn't look appetizing at all. Instead, we went to the Village Inn.

It was dirty. The elevator floor had a dried spill on it. It wouldn't take much to mop it up, but it was there at night and again in the morning. The carpet and room smelled as if a dog had been in there.

The last that checked me in was super nice and helpful and understood my concern and tried to do what she could to help but it was out of her hands.
Negatives:
Overall the property was nice, a little wear and tear and the bed was a little loud but room was clean, breakfast was good, and service was exceptional. I checked in at midnight due to a last minute emergency and not having anywhere else to stay. Wish that I could have gotten some sort of discounted rate due to the fact I was literally there for only a few hours.
