Positives: The front desk person claimed that I double booked for one day only. He insisted I add a $100 charge to complete my two day stay. I told him that Booking confirmed my reservation was complete for two days. He would not let me stay there if I did not pay the $100. I have reported that charge to my credit card as I believe it was a scam from that person.

Negatives: The card to open room door was difficult to work. I had to walk down two flights of stairs to front office a couple of days to recharge card
