First impressions check in was like dealing with circus acts .. once you get past the tattoos and facial piercings and blue hair, then it becomes somewhat normal .. I stayed during balloon fiesta so the price was ridiculous.. and I had to pre pay for it.. but when I checked it right away there was a problem and was rudely treated .. said I didn’t pre pay.. when you are paying close to $2k for 6 nights you remember paying for it .. but then the other staffer found where it was paid..the cleaning staff was very good but spoke no English and the lounge staff where I paid extra for breakfast was very good ( Constance) was her name
When I got my room it was wrong I paid for a deluxe King and got a normal two queen and the floor was wet from being shampooed… they did get that corrected but still could have been nicer.. they treat you like you shouldn’t ask questions..

The AC did not function properly, and the cooling was not efficient. Exhaust in the bathroom did not work. The microwave was dirty and noot cleaned properly. The fridge had condensation and didn't cool efficiently. Rude staff at reception.
