Hotel was run down, bed was not firm, shower knobs didn't work, took a shower with hot water, not satisfied overall with this hotel, I would have gone to another hotel but it was late, we were tired driving in from Texas, the pictures of the hotel realit'

There was no towels or toilet paper in the room. I went to the front desk to try and get some. No one was there. I called the front desk no one answered. I had to wait till the next morning to go to the front desk to ask for some.
