I stayed in a requested non-smoking room. With full trust in what I thought was a quality Wyndham hotel, I found that wasnt the case. When I woke up the next morning upon inspection of the sheets, I found cigarette burns and brown stains throughout. I have an autoimmune disease and that was a dangerous situation for me. I checked out immediately and didnt feel safe to even shower. Very gross, so I contacted the front desk to show her the issue all I got was an Im sorry followed by a walk off the worst $85 bucks Ive ever spent. Want to talk more about it (505)470-5574

The check in staff person, Milissa, was friendly. She provided the wi-fi information. The wi-fi worked just fine. The room was clean. I called the front desk to ask for extra blankets because the room was so cold. The blankets were delivered promptly and with a smile. The king sized bed was comfortable. The room and surrounding area was quiet at night, so we got a good sleep.
Negatives:
The motel is shabby and not well appointed. The floor was uneven in the room. The radiant heater did not operate. The sign on the motel said there was a restaurant and that it was open. There was no restaurant. The photos on Booking.com show an eating area with tables. The lobby is a tiny room, where the "breakfast" is served, There was no attendant at the desk in the morning when we checked out. The breakfast consisted of Hostess mini-donuts, croissants and coffee. No fruit or cereal or other selections. There was no eating area and no tables as shown in the photo. There were several other properties in the area, and we wish we had chosen one of them.
