The tub in the bathroom had a large crack/hole by the drain. The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was black hair on the floor. The carpet in the hallway was worn. There was no elevator to help us get our luggage upstairs.

didn't have an elevator. the housekeeper started early with there cleaning knocking on doors it was not even check out time when ours was knocked on. our tub had some kind of plaster inside of it. the check in person wasn't very friendly
