Had Wifi issues both times we stayed, 2 weeks apart. The second time I went to ask reception if they were experiencing issues to which she answered that they had been for 3 hours+ without any ETA, would have been nice for them to let us know during check in when she gave us the password.
While she was informing me, someone else had come to check in and asked for Wifi password, gave him the password without mentioning that the service was down. Couldn't believe it, very poor experience.

Pillows were horrible. Toiletries in room were clearly used. Room was dusty and didn't really look clean. Continental breakfast area was a mess and staff just walked over/around mess and spills several times rather than clean up.
