The manager grossly insulted my sister -- assuming that my sister was drunk, not awkward, when my sister tripped on walking through the front door. My sister doesn't drink. My sister would have been refused a room for the night -- if my brother hadn't been present to advocate on her behalf and insist that my sister receive the room we reserved for her.
