Positives:
They had a sign in the lobby that said "If you can't give us five stars, let us know so we can fix the problem." When we discovered that our TV remote didn't work we called the desk and someone brought us a different one right away. If it wasn't for that sign we would have probably suffered in silence and then given them a bad review.
A friendly Pizza/Pub Food restaurant was within walking distance--just the thing after a day of driving.
Near the University.
