Negatives:
The room was very hot. Instead of AC heater was running and there was no one to correct that.
Positives:
The location is perfect, on the way to Niagara falls just off the Interstate exit. There are also lots of store and food options available at a very convenient distance.
Negatives:
The place/rooms are old and do need some renovation. The light switch was broken in our room. The AC though operational have broken cover. Saw water leaks from some up stair rooms. We did not have any issues with our stay though.
