When we first got there, the lounge looked nothing like the pictures on line and the room was dirty very outdated, the paint was peeling off the walls and it stunk in the room and there was dead roaches on the floor, we did not stay there, we ended up cx our reservation and going to a different hotel.

There were roaches in my room and out on the hall. We werent asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room. They just put us in a room that always smelled like cigarettes. Stains in our sheets and towels. Building looked old and there were stains in the hallway floor. Boxes left at the vending machine. Luckily we only stayed for one night but I would never come back to this place again nor recommend it.

Literally everything. The photos advertisting this hotel are NOT this hotel. They look like artist renderings of what they wish it looked like. The beds were basically twin beds, the bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guest, the toilet barely flushed and when it did it continued running. The room stunk like stale smoke, there was some sort of hole in the headboard and holes in the walls where photos clearly used to hang. The light switch when you first walk into the room is connected to nothing so you have to navigate to a lamp in the dark. The deadbolt flipper is also not connected to anything so you have no deadbolt and therefore very little security. I have asked booking.com to issue a refund because we didn't even stay after we checked in it was so terrible. I typically never read reviews first because you can't please everyone but if you're gonna listen to the bad reviews for anything, make it this hotel.
