I used the water refill station, water came out warm. I notified the front desk and wasn't offered bottled. I had to purchase 2 bottles for $8!!!

We have stayed at this hotel before because my husband works out of town and I come in to New York to visit him. This time was not an enjoyable experience. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The best service that we had was at the bistro and the servers there. Other than that the staff is extremely unprofessional. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room was not clean.
