Positives:
There was one lady at the desk at like 430pm who checked me in. She was a delight, very very sweet.
My favorite part was checking out.
Negatives:
The rooms were dirty. Everything in the bathroom was broken, the toilet didn’t even flush if you didn’t hold down the lever. The electric was sketchy. The staff was rude. All of the accommodations I expected to have and paid extra for were nonexistent. I was supposed to have a balcony and breakfast included. The property didn’t even have balconies.They didn’t even have a microwave or a CLOCK in the room. Will never book a Hilton or through booking.com again

The cleanliness, the welcome message that said Hello Laila. It was very personal. The bed was amazing, I slept soundly through the night. I love that there is a restaurant in the hotel, nice ambiance. Overall good experience.
