The lack of breakfast selection, which was disappointing when compared to the other Hampton Inns stayed in on current trip, very limited breakfast choice and coffee selection.

Our room was too small for 5 people. To expect 3 people to sleep in a king size bed is ridiculous. The sofa bed was very small for two people. We asked for a cot and was told it was against fire code.
It was billed as a suite but was very small. We had to have someone sleep on the floor. The sofa bed had no blankets or sheets. We had to ask for them. They knew we had 5 people. Where did they think we would sleep.

Positives:
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, both kid-pleasers and more healthy options for the parents. The pool was fun for the kids.
Negatives:
The hotel is located behind a storage rental place, not very aesthetically pleasing, but not really a big deal.

They double charged me for my room. They told me my credit card on file didnt go through when in fact I got 2 charges for $145.90 on that card. Then I gave them my bank card and they charged 236.17 on that. Im unclear what to do about this

Breakfast was decent. They ran out of eggs but overall it was good.
The pool was nice and warm and we all really enjoyed it. My son and my sons friend both enjoyed the gym.
The staff was very nice.

The elevator I thought was going to bring me and my children to our death. Going from the first floor to the second it felt like it was slipping and going to fall. Not at all happy about that.
