Positives:
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I paid 500.00 a night. Breakfast should have been included. No one told us Sunday was Mother’s Day we needed a reservation for breakfast even though we were guests of the hotel. We found a bagel shop.
Negatives:
When I asked if the hotel was pet friendly they told me yes and 40.00 extra a night. They failed to tell me that if I make the 4 hour drive with my pet I wouldn’t be able to attend graduation or the dinner after because the pet was not allowed to be left in the room! I would have made other arrangements!!!!!!

I was on a quiet floor there was a lot of noise. Hotel staff did nothing about it and I did not sleep all night. The heating system was very noisy as well. I expected a total refund but got no sympathy from the staff. The noise was other patrons on the "quiet floor," not from outside as the hotel responded. AND........ I DID notify the hotel of my issues, they completely ignored it. Don't stay here.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately and seemed genuinely concert about my satisfaction.
Negatives:
The bar / restaurant area looked like it was under construction and was empty for all practical purposes. There was conflicting music playing - melodic jazz at the bar (which was nice) then pop music over a tinny speaker nearby that spoiled what could have been a relaxing moment.
