Positives:
Everyone at this hotel was kind and professional. Jeff at the front desk helped when we were given the wrong room and upgraded us in less than 5 minutes of arriving. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Location is perfect for visiting our BU student. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The pool is much larger than we are use to in our travels with live plants and towels provided.
We have stayed in 5 our hotels in the area and this one is by far the best and where we will return to for all of our future frequent trips to upstate.

Not much. Room was filthy. Reservations were incorrect and the place was a mess.

We had a domestic violence incident in the room next door. Over one hour and 3 calls down to front desk and we found out another traveler called the cops. The hotel hasn’t called me back to make this right. I was up all night long.

We encounter dirty bed sheets (stained sheets and cigarettes tobacco found) upon arrival , had to call 3-4 times before someone came in with new sheets. We were compensated for the inconvenience though.
