I liked the layout, and it had everything I needed.
Negatives:
The room was not entirely clean. there was some residue on the bathroom door handle. A lot of paint chipped off in the bathtub. The refrigerator stopped working during my stay, while I was out and $60 worth of food was spoiled. I contacted the people working and asked for a refund, their response was kind of nonchalant and uncaring. they said I would have to contact the number on my confirmation and request it. I called the number, no one picks up. I did a chat on the booking.com app. Someone answered asking what went wrong, and when I told them they just stopped responding. Positives:
Was located near where I needed. Seemed like a good deal until I got there. Carried the Red Roof Inn brand name that I had been happy with in the past. Had a Sports bar next door that I could go watch the game on when it became clear the TV in my room wasn't an option.
Negatives:
Sticky floors, smelly room, mold lines on a toilet that hadn't been brushed in a long time, a hairball in the tub drain, and a refrigerator that couldn't close that was 1/4 frost, cold on top, and hot on the bottom. I checked in to watch a playoff game on TNT, but the signal the channel would only occasionally be viewable for a minute or two between long stretches of saying weak signal.

The bed was very uncomfortable.. There was not enough pillows. There was a burn hole in the sheets and stains on the blankets. The ice machine wasn't working. Very loud people in the rooms right next to us. The staff wasn't very friendly at all. When I rented the room I asked for a upstairs room, I was giving a bottom room when asked if I could get a different one it was like a bother to him. The day of check out the lobby door was locked didn't know where to leave my key and when I went to find help the only one there didn't understand me.
