Rooms are clean and fine. Beds comfy. Breakfast was ok, not many choices. Would have liked variety of bagels and fresh fruit. But they had oat milk as well as dairy milk, which was a plus.
The staff is super nice!
Negatives:
Location is terrible--in industrial part of Bronx. Not safe outside at night--plan accordingly. Take the paid parking.

Floor room and that’s what we got. It had an amazing view! Subway stop is just around the corner, 20 min you are in Manhattan. There was a free refill water, and we really appreciate it. Good breakfast. Definitely a great hotel!

Modern hotel, kind staff, 2 mins walk to subway. Rooms are on small side, but very well thought out. There is place to store jackets, luggage, toileteries. Small fridge and coffee maker are present. Water in shower was always hot with lot of pressure. Great hotel restaurant/bar inside - Rosa at the park.
Negatives:
Nothing much, you can just hear outside noice, but thats everywhere in New York. Breakfast were same everyday.
