Positives: Clean is my number one priority and your place meet my needs. I had good sleep with your comfy bed and pillow. The room size that I booked is perfect for couples.
Negatives: At the first night arrived a little worried the safety because the door damaged as by robbing.

Positives: The room was very comfortable, however, the bathroom door was difficult to open/close. It was off the hinges. The sink also need service. The technitions responding to the maid's request for repairs to the sink and unhinged bathroom door were FANTASTIC! They arrived quickly, took care of the repairs and left.
Negatives: 1. I had early "Check-In", but I had to wait 3-4 hours before getting a room. 2. I could not get ice for my room. The staff were the only individuals allowed in the "ice area". One of the staff members licked her fingers to separate the bag for transporting the ice. That means the bag was contaminated with her saliva. I asked for the refrigerated water. The manager told me I would have to pay for the cold water. He also stated that I could go outside to the neighboring hotel to use their ice machine (which is accessible to all their customers). Customers should be permitted to get their own ice from a machine instead of relying on the cleanliness (non-existent) of staff members. 3. I requested maid service. Two cycles (or shifts) of workers cleaned all rooms EXCEPT the room I was assigned to. The room next door to mine was cleaned by two different maids within a two-hour period. 4. The bathroom door had been disconnected from the hinges. The 3rd maid (cleaned my room) requested the repair of the bathroom door. The technicians arrived quickly, took care of the situation and left.
