Super friendly staff. The woman who manages the bar was friendly, interesting, and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do.
Negatives:
The bed was horrible. It felt like I waa sleeping on a metal bar that was part of the bed.
I left a penny on the floor. It was never picked up by cleaners.

Small hiccup when I checked in and had to stay at another hotel for the night, but it was quickly resolved the following day

Great spot for a solo...
Positives:
Convenient location near all the trains. Rooms are basic but ok if you out during the day. Mine had water damage near the ceiling, however.
Negatives:
This property clearly states it’s a nonsmoking venue on every floor, but that’s not the case. People smoke cigs in the rooms, and if it makes its way into your room, good luck getting staff to let you change rooms at all — sold out. They’ll instead spray some industrial Lysol that will do little mask anything, stick to your clothes, and eventually dissipate. The smell was so permeating that I had to check out after the first night, and was told they would only charge me one night — but ended up charging me for two.
