Staff was great. We liked the pub off the lobby. We are 60 and stayed in the bunk beds and it wasn’t bad! Beds were comfy and each had its own tv.
Negatives:
The parking garage is close but was a bit hard to find in the dark. The room is tiny but we managed. The toilet is within the shower stall but all worked.

Compare to another two times living here, the most unsatisfied is wifi access, it's harder to access on my phone, also they frequently disconnect in the computer.

I found out later that we could have had a kettle in our room. This would have greatly improved our experience as I like a coffee first thing in the morning. It would be good to advertise this option more clearly, or to offer it on arrival.
