Positives: The staff at this location did not meet my expectations of good service for the Marriott chain. The front desk computers were not working properly at check in and again at check out. They were unable to print a hard copy of my final bill. The final bill was emailed to me. I have to say the credit card charges were all over the map and did not reflect the final bill I was emailed. I will be contacting the manager to get this sorted out. Very disappointed.

Negatives: There is a night club in the hotel. We were on the 12th floor and for hours while we were trying to sleep all you could hear was the bass and music downstairs! Kind of annoying and no real way around it.

Positives: Great location, close to Keybank Center to see Buffalo Sabres game. Lot's of restaurants close by to choose from. Rooms clean,beds comfy. Pool,small bowling alley, nightclub all within.

Negatives: View from room was the rooftop and fan units, and windows of other rooms. But windows were blackout.
