Felt like new property and convenient to my destination.

Pillows were mushy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as they did not restock so low on everything and coffee was also terrible.

Location was good for our reason to be in Syracuse. The front desk staff overall was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the NOISE and said it's being worked on as it is a typical complaint. I wish we knew that before we made the reservation.
Negatives:
The noise level was ridiculous! We were on the 3rd floor - sandwiched in between loud noise above and below us for 4 nights. We got very little sleep. It was very frustrating! The gym definitely needs cleaning and hand sanitizer should be offered .

The location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress was hard and had a lump in the middle of it. The television didn't work. The room never cooled to the temperature I set it at. The water coming out of the shower head sprayed all over the place and couldn't be adjusted. Breakfast was not hot, there was no orange juice, the main toaster was broken and the back up wasn't working either. There was no butter, just fake spread. I was overcharged and had to call multiple times for resolution
