The rooms were comfortable and the lobby area had a nice selection of games, food, area to relax, and a bar/restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport which was nice for business travel. Price was fine

The wifi connection was very weak and unreliable. The fitness center had several machines that were out of order and the hallway of my floor smelled like cigarettes

The room had a bad odor. Probably a dog from previous visit.

Was charged twice for two different rooms, booked only one room ! The front desk was not helpful at all, emailed the supervisor and getting no response at all. Horrible service , staff has zero knowledge, the check in took forever, was told that the breakfast was free, next morning they told me it's paid breakfast. Will have to dispute the charge with my bank, paid for somebody's room

Positives:
The things that were the best part of the stay (with respect to the facility itself) were that the staff were kind and friendly, the beds were comfy and clean, the hotel generally was quiet or soundproof enough not to be a bother to any other person.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the bathroom was less desirable. The sink was backed up for the duration of our stay, the bathroom door on the inside of the bathroom was dirty and had handprints on it - there was no attention to detail with cleaning (or at least keeping in mind that people do things in hotels that they would typically clean up after themselves at home) ; the carpet in the main part of the room either appeared worn out or dirty; the mini fridge was not cold at all. Additionally, there was one elevator out, which meant that there were longer than usual wait times for the elevator going both up and down. Luckily there are only 6 floors to the facility. We were travelling with our child so the pool was definitely a disappointment for us as it is not properly maintained and is in dire need of being fully cleaned/scrubbed - it looked like there had once been an attempt to vacuum the pool but stopped. Bottom and sides of the pool were green with Alge and had mould at the waterline. The seats at the pool were in need of being steam-cleaned as they were mouldy as well due to the moisture and not being properly maintained.
