The whole experience was bad. Ive been booking hotels for my daughter since she was a year old I have never had the experience that I had when she turned eight the whole entire creation was ruined. There was a manager there that should be fired

It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 3. Complete value for the money paid. The staff were very courteous and we did not have any hassle during checkin or checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Was exactly as advertised on the site. Used the gym once. It was very clean and all equipments in perfect working condition. Clean napkins were provided on all treadmills. Did not use the pool but could see quite a few guests who did. The in house bistro was good.
Negatives:
The bistro had a limited menu but was decently priced. The Wait time was slightly on the higher side as I could see only one employee managing the orders as well as the preparation. It could be a timing issue for me though.

Positives:
Loved that the staff were super nice. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Rooms were very clean.

First it would have been nice for the breakfast to be included and second I ordered the oatmeal and it was so watery that I couldn’t eat it. Prices were a bit high as well.
