The beds were well-made, clean, and adequately comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was appreciated.
Negatives:
A bug (appearing to be a cockroach) ran across the floor of the room we were given as soon as we opened the door—not a welcome sign, especially with reviews and staff assurances regarding the cleanliness of the hotel. We were given another room which did not have any visible signs of bugs, but this experience made our stay less enjoyable overall.
The room carpeting was also uneven/bunched up in places, which contributed to an overall low quality atmosphere.
