There seemed to be some sort of business convention on the 4th floor. If we were told businesses were going to be on this floor we probably would have chosen another floor. We received free drinks offer with the manager on the day we were leaving and we spent 2 nights. Forethought should have given us these perks on the first night so that we can actually partake of the festivities as checkout is around noon. Finally pancakes and option to make waffles for kids breakfast is needed. Hotel seemed to be geared towards the business traveler and not families.

The room was extremely cold the heat wouldn’t go past 64 degrees. The receptionist was racist. She offered caucasian guests complimentary drinks, and snacks. She seemed to have “ran out” when I reached the front to check in. I didn’t need them, but of course expected the same treatment.
