Positives: The only staff that was pleasant was the check in woman. She went above and beyond to try to make us comfortable
Negatives: First rooms smelled bad and key cards barely worked. And night staff attitude was terrible. He was rude and argumentive.

Negatives: laminate floors through the whole room.. very hard bed. breakfast was very generic. vending over priced. no pool. you could here everything above you. we didn’t get sleep because the people above us were partying.. and we had to be up very early for a bowling match for state sectionals.

Positives: Convenient and quiet
Positives: Most of the staff were friendly. They were good about moving us to another room.
Negatives: Our toilet overflowed, which we were told happens often. When we were moved to another room, we felt rushed to move from one room to another. In our first room, the refrigerator door opened the opposite way, so there wasn't a lot of room. The telephone didn't work to call the front desk. They had no washcloths our first day there.
Positives: The location was the only thing we liked. Convenient to the thruway
Negatives: Everything. Security-front desk staff never at the desk and had to wait for assistance every time we went to the desk. The room was awful. Alarm clock face broken off, door was busted that went into the bathroom, there were not any supplies in the kitchen we had to ask for things that we needed. My socks were so dirty I had to throw them away. I would never stay here again. I was disappointed up until now. I've had great luck with booking.com until this trip
