Negatives: Roaches in the room., under the beds had not been cleaned in a while. No hand soap in dispenser. Floor safe not secured on floor and only glued to wall. Fell onto grandsons foot when he bumped it.

Negatives: well first off when you go there I looked like a dump, then when we got up to the room and opened the door it smelled like they been smoking weed for weeks and weeks without opening windows I’m sorry but my 8 year old is not going to sleep in a place like that but you should take the hotel off your site because it was awful

Positives: Not really much I could rave about.

Negatives: The fact that a cleaner was still in my room sitting there on her phone when I entered my room. The fact that my bathroom wasn’t cleaned; tags were still on the ground from what I assume was the last person to stay in there. The fact my smoke detector wasn’t attached and was sitting on my ice bucket! The fact that there was blood stain on my sheet and right across from that was blood on the wall — so never changed sheets and never washed the walls!!!
