room was dirty: cockroaches, hair in tub, surfaces had food/spills on them, bed linens were completely wrinkled, windows filthy, door to room didn't work well, air conditioner was

mouse on second floor walkway. The place is absolutely horrible. it's worse than hostels in developing countries!
