Negatives:
No ice in room refrigerator and no ice machine - if staying only 1 night or wanting a cold drink on first evening there, that's annoying. No ice trays in room - may be available from desk. Also, there are two Extended Stay hotels on the same road, within a mile of each other - Waze brought me to the wrong one.

Clean and pleasant, a little expensive for that level of hotel.
