Positives:
Location on the highway was convienient, close to restaurants, gas station etc. It was exactly where we wanted to be on our trip up from Florida, exactly the right distance from our intended destination. Breakfast was perfect! Overall we were very pleased, one of the highlights of our hotel stays.
Negatives:
There were young people there from several sports teams at the same time so a bit noisy but that died down before too late in evening so not too big a deal. The hotel being set behind the aging Ramada Inn but also not a big deal.

We were very impressed from the very start on entering the hotel with the sweet young lady at the desk who greeted us with a big smile. She was also very helpful in telling us of neighboring restaurants. I would say the only down side was that the hotel is set-back away from the road behind an aging Ramada Inn. Other than that, the hotel is undergoing renovations but we never heard any noise or upset from the renovations and our room was one of the newly renovated ones. It was modern, trendy and yet quite comfortable. Breakfast was also great, with many choices including fresh fruit, yogurt, omelets, waffles, pastries, cereals. Anyone who didn't find Something to their liking was entirely too picky!
Positives:
The location is back away from the busy highway and interstate, making it quieter than other hotels nearby.
Negatives:
There is no workout room onsite and the pool does not have a whirlpool like other Hampton Inns.

no jacuzzi in the pool room and no exercise room on site

This hotel had improved since we stayed here a few years ago. The pool, which was ice cold in the past, is now warm although there is not a jacuzzi as there are at most Hampton Inns. Also there is no exercise room on site.

Clean, friendly, good value for the money. A nice, quiet room as requested.
