Positives: We like the rooms, the space and the breakfasts.
Negatives: The lack of housekeeping. Forthe rates charged, I should not have to bring out the trash and get towels from the desk, daily. For a seven day stay my room was cleaned once (after 3 requests). Every day the halls were filled with wet towels and trash from the guests. Twice, at 4:30, someone knocked and asked if we needed anything- a little late for clean towels. There’s front desk staff, breakfast staff, handyman staff- why not housekeeping? ( or is no one managing them?) We are bonvoymembers and have stayed here at least a dozen times. Will be looking for a hotel with housekeeping next time.

Positives: Good size, good kitchen, great walk-in shower, lots of storage, very comfortable bed, quiet, very clean, very impressive bathroom fixtures and ample surfaces.
Negatives: No toaster. Even numbered rooms on 2nd floor look out on a rather ugly roof. Hard to find in industrial park area. Room smaller than other Residence properties. $50 more expensive than Roanoke Residence property.
