Positives:
They had coffee all the time, a very nice lobby, clean, had keurig, fridge, and microwave. It was just off of base which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
The water barely got hot at all. The toiletries provided barely worked ie hand soap took 3-4 pumps to get enough soap to adequately wash your hands and the shampoo wasn’t working at all but it’s fine I bring my own.

Holiday Inn billed me twice for the same two nights; they billed me $458 for two nights and then billed me for $306. Same company, same Holiday Inn, same two nights. I called Holiday Inn but they said I had to file a fraud claim with VISA. I did.

The location is great if you need access to USMA. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main gate and it is an easy drive. There is a very small gym, which is better than no gym, but it is not fancy by any means.
Negatives:
The price is crazy high for a 2 star hotel. Construction debris everywhere, no employees to be found several times--just an empty front desk area. Breakfast is fast food-like and not even edible. Housekeeping was not thorough and toilet paper wasn't refilled.
