Positives:
It was clean an very quiet .
Negatives:
The first floor I stayed in room 137 was very cold . I turned the heat up and it didn’t make a difference . My boyfriend called to the front desk and she said to use the thermostat on the wall. He did , but the room never heated up. We were cold all night .

Breakfast was not outstanding but fairly acceptable.
Negatives:
The hotel looks dilapidated and everything in the room is old. There is basically no place to put your clothing (only one closet for hanging. There is very little old furniture in the room and you have an area totally open with nothing on it except one corner chair. For the price they are charging is absolutely over rated and will never stay there again or for that matter no other hilton in that range. The category of stars being nice in my comment is definitely a maximum of 2.
We had to go down after returning and find out that there were no towels and the bed in total disarray and contacted the front desk and they said that is the way it is and had to go down to get new towels but they did not have all of them and only the large one and the lilttle ones (the middle one was not available at the front desk. I already told all the people in our group and even the ones that live there never to use this hotel.

The facility was super clean and the hallways smelled amazing!
Negatives:
I was traveling for a medical procedure with my friend and her newborn. There were doors being slammed all night and day. We didn’t get much sleep because of the noise. I mentioned it at checkout and the lady brushed me off and said no one was slamming doors. It’s just their doors. That frustrated me a little because if you know your doors are that loud, fix them. The beds were also a little hard. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone except checkout was so friendly.
