Fire alarm one day from morning until 1:30am. Hard Im in wheelchair. Staff could put accessible room 4th floor. I use wheelchair if a fire alarm elevators inoperable. Pool was rented out for infant swim lessons. Could not use pool ever screaming infants

Was a bit surprised with the amount that we spent just for the rooms which was fine but then the charges for parking each day just to park at the hotel where you stay. Maybe it's a New York City thing or a Long Island thing, but I have never had to do that before

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. I liked the coffee offered all day and the water located in the lobby.

Whatever cleaner or air freshening product used was not a pleasant smell I thought having a $10 dollar a day parking fee was a bit much. It's Long Island , not NYC.
