Negatives: no ice machine carpets torn and worn no utensils or coffee maker in room breakfast was poor coffee to strong to drink no creamer that was not flavored sidewalks not shoveled from snow blue automatic door openers for handicap not working

Negatives: Aside from not having the room we booked, there was no breakfast or what most would consider breakfast. The front desk associate referred to it as a "grab and go" which consisted of small chocolate prepackaged muffins, some granola bars and a couple coffee thermos dispensers. We left to get breakfast at a nearby Dunkin Donut at 6:45 a.m. and when we got back to the hotel, there were two police cars and three policemen, two outside the hotel and one inside the hotel, handling a situation with others staying there. My daughter was scared and began crying. I immediately went into the hotel and checked out. While I was checking out, the front desk representative helping me was telling another employee behind the desk about a third employee getting fired for inappropriate behavior. It was extremely unprofessional. I tried several times to call Booking.com and get a live representative to assist me with the situation regarding the hotel not having the room I booked and all attempts were unsuccessful. It was the work experience I've ever had with Booking.com. My recommendation going forward would be to call the hotel your interested in directly to verify that the room you found through Booking.com is actually available and that you're getting what they're presenting on their website. It was my first time booking an Extended Stay America "Suites" and it is absolutely my last. "Extended" truly means extended stay and is more like a halfway house.

Negatives: The rooms were gloomy and not very clean. Burn holes in the rug. TV remote was sticky and dirty, the refrigerator handles were gross. I had to wipe everything down with hot soapy water. Decided not to cook and go out to eat. People in hallways were loud. And a lot of activity in the parking lot through the night. NO COFFEE MAKER!!!! I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a coffee maker. I will never stay at an extended stay anywhere. The savings was not worth it.
