A great place to stay, close to restaurants. Easy to get to from Rochester airport. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I chose the hotel because of location and the 9.9 ratings, Unfortunately the 9.9 didn't meet it's standards. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. My room was dirty. Dirty dishes in the dish washer, stains on the walls, bedroom sheet had stains on it and a shoe footprint was on the flat sheet. Found finger nail tips and floss tips on the floor by the lamp table. Breskfast in the lobby was a mess. Definitely short staffed and delayed service and at time food didn't come out at all. Didn't have enough man power to keep up with the volume of people in the morning. I felt bad for the 2 women running around, trying to keep up. Pool was green. I give it 6
