People shouting angrily upon arrival, room smelled horrible. The floor was squishy. Didn't feel comfortable using the shower and slept on our own blanket. The floor made a squishing sound when walked on.

They had closed the business and failed to inform me that I no longer had a reservation. Please give me a refund as I had to find accommodations elsewhere.

We did not stay there.
Positives:
The hotel had closed and was a homeless shelter. So I showed up there because nobody informed me the hotel was gone , then had to try and find rooms somewhere else . Plus I paid up front for 1 room now I have to wait for you guys to give me my money back . In good faith you guys should be giving me a voucher aswell for the crap you guys put my family thru . I’ll never use you guys again

I was however offered a room at $50 more then I originally booked for while also being told that the homeless get a 90% discount. Also told by the front desk that it’s not safe
