Positives: Quiet. Didn't hear any neighbors. Convenient room lay out - Sink & mirror were just outside toilet/shower room, so could wash hands and brush teeth & hair while some one else showered.

Negatives: Coffee pot in the room didn't work well, but they had coffee available by the check-in/check-out area, so it worked out fine.

Negatives: Well no base molding in my room mold and cracked pealing chipped drywall along floor and baseboards The fact I had (1) a washcloth to dry my body hair was ridiculous there wasn’t even a floor towel to step on. It really set my work day all off and made for a irritating day.
