Everything was good!
The bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet was in bad need of a scrubbing. The shower looked dirty and moldy and the sink had big cracks in it.
The room had a bad odor and an even worse odor when I turned the heat on, I immediately turned it off.

The loud bed, the gym and the pool is not in the hotel property, people don’t respect the quiet hours slamming doors all night.

I liked that staff was courteous and kind and efficient! I liked that they showed they knew what working in the hospitality industry was alll about. I stayed at an adjoining property by best western and I never had such rude or incompetent treatment and was unsatisfied after calling corporate with a complaint. The will never get my business nor endorsement. Your, a breath of fresh air.
Just had dusty lamps and a remote that was broken, but we made it work.
Could have been cleaner. Dust build-up looked like from beginning of pandemic. All other areas clean.

The front desk staff is very nice,and the location is good.
Nobody has cleaned the desk and table,there are lot of dusts and stains .

no exhaust fan in bathroom
