Positives: Everything was great!
Negatives: The pool hours should be longer since check-in is at 4
Negatives: We did like the staff, facility, and room. We did not like the room location. Our room was in the back of the Hotel and faced the back of a Target. Unfortunately, you could not avoid hearing the trucks noise, idling and moving around beginning at 4:00 a.m. Very nice place, but, get a room in the front of the hotel.
Positives: Professionalism of tarreek , by far the best of the group.

Negatives: Cramped living room room with pull out. Bathroom should be in area so person in pull out doesn't have to walk through bedroom to use bathroom.

Negatives: $100 pet fee - this is not "pet friendly." Did not know this until check in at 7pm.
Any hotel that charges $100...
Positives: pool area
Negatives: thin walls and floors… room above us was literally stomping around until 1 am
Positives: the spacious suite
Negatives: the room was NOT clean. I had to clean the room myself. the room did not have the amenities that were included as advertised. we had to ask the front desk for coffee and condiments that is a common complimentary amenity in every hospitality establishment. there was a lack of bathroom supplies. thankfully we were only staying one night.
Negatives: pull out bed was a cheap as I’ve ever seen and very uncomfortable. it was made up even though we we a party of three. we had to ask for sheets. didn’t have any extra blankets.
Positives: Cleanliness, warm feeling like you are home and staff was great
Negatives: Some area's in bathroom we're not cleaned properly. Shower head and faucet had soap lime and residue. Toilet had rust around base.
