after checking in, went to the room and immediately hit with this strong unpleasant smell. Carpet was dirty bathroom wasn't clean. One towel no microwave. I went out with kids and stayed out as much as i can. I contemplated many times to book another.

I was not provided with towels. The toilet was about to over flow. The room and outside building I was in needs major updates. The price did not match the place. It should have cost $---. Theres no way it was worth ---!!!! I should be compensated!

The guy at the desk at check in was very nice. I like that they have a pool even though we didn't get to use it as it was closed.

The room wasn't very clean and the cleaners were just leaving it. There was mold in the shower/bathtub. Didn't look clean at all. There were no towels, paper towels, face cloths or toilet paper. The bottom sheet on the beds was a flat sheet that was too short to tuck under the mattress so that it would stay on. The wall light wire was spiced into the outlet. It didn't have a plug on it.

The city's location was only close, but it was fairly near both the shopping plaza and downtown.

Absolutely everything was amiss with the property: it was unclean, the carpet soaked and reeking, the refrigerator malfunctioning, and communication with the sole staff member proved challenging.

very smelly (cigarette smoke). flies in all three rooms. pillows were tiny. we did not stay there and left because it was not conducive for a family with children and some with asthma to stay under those conditions.

The rooms were in bad condition. The shower rod was held up by duct tape. Lots of flies. Furniture was broken. Not in space pictured.
