The front desk staff are good.
Negatives:
The building was poorly built on the cheap (I am an architect). Many items are broken and maintenance is poor. Design is mediocre. In Albany NY, the cost of this stay versus the quality was shockingly bad. Internet was poor. They even ran out of milk halfway through breakfast and there is a supermarket 2 blocks away!

Location was great. And the staff at the front desk was nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Our 1st room the bathroom toilet didn’t work so they upgraded us to a new room. New room was great as it had a jacuzzi but the jets in the jacuzzi did not work so it was a big bathtub.

The property was dirty and the ac leaked the room Was warm ac not working well carpet wet from ac leaking breakfast foods were not let up no tongs for bread muffins empty outside property run down and interior doors and room furniture was old and showed signed of wear.
