I thought the breakfast was a bit spartan. Toast/Granola bar/occasional banana and Orange Juice/Apple Juice/Coffee/Tea. No Oatmeal, no eggs, or pancakes. Spartan.

The bathroom cloths were not clean. One of them had hairs on them, so I'm not sure if they were actually switched out while cleaning. I had cloths and towels of my own, so it was no huge worry for me, but it could be for the next person.

The people who run it are extremely nice place is clean . No nonsense going on outside! One cleaning lady gives dirty looks

The outside of the property, the parking lot and buildings looked nice. Water pressure was good and hot water was good.
Negatives:
No cable tv, no table, no refrigerator, no blankets on bed. Room was very small and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. Continental breakfast was a skimpy. Mattress was worn out. Phone in room did not work.
