We had no heat in our room. We called and they sent up a maintenance man. He thought it was fixed but it was not. Room temperature went down to 51 degrees. There was also a hole in the weather stripping on the window air was blowing thru.

My room felt like a cave. Only window had a view of a brick wall/other rooms. Terrible view. Ashame - the hotel was not nearly at full occupancy. Staff could have easily provided a better view. Also, there was debris in the toilet and on the toilet seat upon check-in. Housekeeping clearly did not clean the toilet at all.
