I travel to the Monsey area a lot and this is by far my favorite hotel. It is always bright, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly, it is located right off the highway, and right next to a Target if I forget anything!

•Didn’t like the fact that the pool closed early, was there for one night and by the time I checked in it was closed.
•For me personally, I think check out time can be adjusted. I just was not ready because that’s the time I normally get out of bed and I had to rush and get ready to hand over the keys

i don't like the lady who work breakfast she is very rude and when i ask for something how i want it it's always a problem and i didn't like that i got a room and the heat wasn't working so they switch my room and it was much smaller
